Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Scheduling Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our website, phone, or email. Urgent appointments may be accommodated based on availability. 2. Session Duration & Punctuality Each session lasts 50 minutes unless stated otherwise. Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals will result in a shorter session without fee adjustments. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations/rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee. 4. Payment Policy Payment must be made before or immediately after the session. We accept UPI, bank transfers, and online payments. For package bookings, full payment must be made in advance. 5. Confidentiality & Ethics All sessions are strictly confidential, following ethical guidelines. In cases of risk to self or others, necessary interventions will be made in compliance with legal and ethical standards. 6. Emergency Cases MindCare does not provide crisis intervention.
